Diego (he/him) is a Colombian Canadian and a professional onion-cutter in his second decade of onion-cutting. He’s in fact so proficient at cutting onions, it’s employed him across three continents. He also loves talking about onions - all types. He does, however, think these onions should be used to slowly roast the rich. When not cutting onions, Diego spends his time playing video games, walking his dog, eating onions with his loved ones, and crying about FC Barcelona.
